Meet Sean Dube

I started Dube Strong after several years of working professionally as a personal trainer in New York City. After seeing so many clients get results and learn to love exercise, I wanted a way to help people that couldn’t meet with me in person. Online training was the obvious answer.

When I was 20 years old I was fat, weak, and winded.

I was more interested in playing video games and eating pizza than stepping foot in a gym. After losing a loved one to poor health I knew I needed to make some serious life changes. I started lifting weights and found a passion that led me to school to get a degree in Kinesiology with a minor in Biochemistry. I have been training ever since.

Learning how to eat healthy is more than simply knowing what to eat. It’s about problem solving. Your results are a reflection of the choices you make everyday and coming up with the right game plan is paramount for success.

Proper training and nutrition help, but they won’t get you all the way there. To truly reach your goals you need a shift in mindset. Fitness is self-improvement. Not just in a physical sense, but in a mental sense too. It’s time to become one with the barbell.
