While working with Sean, I noticed that I was able to get leaner than I had thought possible with the manipulation of diet almost singularly. The changes to training were just enough to target and improve weak points without feeling over worked even on a restricted caloric intake. What surprised me the most was that even as a got much leaner, my strength continued to increase in all areas for almost all of show prep, which is extremely impressive to me. Sean was great to work with, he was always there checking up on the diet and training, but also constantly ensuring that I didn’t feel exhausted or lethargic during all of prep.
